Payment & Insurance

Currently, I accept most major insurances, including both Pacificsource Commercial and Pacificsource Community Solutions, Bluecross/ Regence, and Providence. I also have space for new cash-pay clients, and offer a sliding scale based on household size and income.

I can also provide you with superbills that you may submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement; however, it is recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to attending appointments to verify they will cover services rendered, as well as to get clarity on how much will be covered, as some plans only cover a portion of superbills.
