Real, Simple, Totally Chill - For Clinicians Too

Looking for a therapy space that feels a little more human? Consider joining our team!

At Bend Thoughts and Therapy, we’re building a practice centered around genuine connection, flexibility, and doing meaningful work without burnout.

I’m currently looking to bring on down-to-earth clinicians and counseling associates who want more control over their work, their schedule, and the clients they see.

Who This Is a Great Fit For

This might be a good fit if you:

  • want more flexibility and autonomy in your schedule

  • prefer a smaller, more intentional caseload

  • are looking to work with clients who align with your style

  • value real connection over a “clinical” or rigid environment

  • have a warm, relational, and authentic approach to therapy

  • are excited about working with women navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, and relationship challenges

I’m especially looking for clinicians whose style naturally aligns with mine - so when clients reach out, I can confidently connect them with someone who feels like a great fit.

What It’s Like to Work Here

This is a small, relationship-focused practice - not a therapy mill. Alley is a licensed supervisor and is looking to build her team.

We prioritize:

  • Client-clinician fit (not just filling schedules)

  • Quality over quantity

  • A calm, supportive work environment

  • Keeping things simple, real, and totally chill

You’ll have the space to build a caseload that actually feels good to you.

If this sounds like your kind of environment, we’d love to hear from you.
