Relational Cultural Therapy in Bend, Oregon
We’re wired for connection - but when relationships feel hard, confusing, or one-sided, it can leave you feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected from yourself.
Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT) is based on the idea that we grow through relationships. The patterns you experience in your relationships—with partners, family, friends, and even yourself—are often where the most meaningful healing can happen.
I offer relational, connection-focused therapy in Bend, Oregon for women navigating anxiety, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, and feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
Many of my clients come in feeling like:
They give more than they receive in relationships
They struggle to set boundaries without guilt
They feel unseen, unheard, or misunderstood
They keep repeating the same relationship patterns
They’ve lost connection with themselves
Relational Cultural Therapy helps you better understand these patterns—not from a place of blame, but from a place of curiosity and compassion.
My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and totally chill.
I believe that the relationship we build in therapy becomes a foundation for how you begin to show up differently in the rest of your life.
Payment & Insurance
Currently, I accept most major insurances, including both Pacificsource Commercial and Pacificsource Community Solutions, Bluecross/ Regence, and Providence. I also have space for new cash-pay clients, and offer a sliding scale based on household size and income.
I can also provide you with superbills that you may submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement; however, it is recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to attending appointments to verify they will cover services rendered, as well as to get clarity on how much will be covered, as some plans only cover a portion of superbills.
